FourballHQ Terms of Use

Effective date: October 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of fourballhq.com and the FourballHQ sign-up pages and Commish Desk (together, the "Service"), operated by FourballHQ ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a club, you confirm you're allowed to agree for the club.

The Service

FourballHQ helps golf clubs and commissioners run weekly group games: player sign-ups through a shared link, plus a Commish Desk for the roster, guests, tee times, groups and cart pairs. Features may change over time, and anything marked "coming soon" isn't part of the Service until it's released.

Club plans and payment

Club plans are billed as described on our pricing page or in your order. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, plans renew yearly. You can cancel any time. If you do, we'll refund every full month left on your plan, plus one extra month, so you're not paying for the month you decided to leave. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Your account and access

Commissioners are responsible for keeping the Commish Desk password and sign-up links private and for what happens under them. Tell us right away if you think they've been misused. You can make a new sign-up link at any time.

Your content

Clubs and players keep ownership of the names, notes and other information they put into the Service ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you. The club is responsible for having permission to add players' names and for keeping Your Content accurate.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, harassing or misleading;
• add people's information without a good reason connected to the game;
• try to break, overload, probe or get around the Service's security;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

We may suspend access if these terms are broken or to protect the Service and its users.

Money between players

Any skins, buy-ins or side games are arranged between players and clubs. FourballHQ doesn't hold, handle or guarantee any money, and isn't responsible for disputes about it.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own copies of important information, for example using Download backup.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FourballHQ won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken or if we stop offering the Service, and we'll try to give reasonable notice and a chance to download your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let clubs know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration held in Palm Beach County, Florida, except that either side may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
